Great to be in Boston this morning and finally meet some of the people Dave has been talking so much about. I can't remember my time in all the excitement 9 something with 30# dumbbell/s.
Karen--thanks for being a fun partner. I was thinking I was going to need you to give me a piggyback ride to the car after the never ending workout--but didn't think that would be appropriate for our first date--maybe our second?
Neal thanks for the great workout and coaching and I promise you will see no more lazy box jumps from me.
Thanks again to Neil, EC, Will and the whole CrossFit Boston "family" for being so hospitable to us CrossFit Topsfield folks. The WOD was extremely challenging and well worth the trip. My time was 9:38 or 9:48 ..... with 20# d-bells.
Took a few rounds but think I got the squat jumps down, thanks Neil. Looking forward to coming back again, soon.
Well, that was well worth the pain. Lots of fun with Dave, Tara and Dawn. And Dawn, thanks for buddying up with me....the never-ending WOD was more bearable today. We'll have to make a trek to your hood next time.
I think I did this just under 11 mins. w/30# and 20# for the jumping squats.
A great morning: Got to meet more women who are amazingly strong and fit, did the wod in 10 something with 30#'s all the way through and then had ec dragging me through the never ending workout..."just lengthen your stride a bit"...
Yes, I fell asleep on the bus ride home from work.
