5:13 I believe, about 1 min slower than my PR. I gottat get all this "non-functional" weight off!!! It is really slowing me down!! Remember the foundation is Nutrition.

I've noticed that Fran lends itself to big jumps and then approaches a human performace limit, which is somewhere between 2 and 3 minutes.
