I actually felt somewhat back to my old self today, rather than some freaky 43 yr. old....155# for the back squat (new PR) and 7 mins? 8 mins? for the wod w/ 20# DBS and retarded knee-2-elbows.
Nice work everyone...esp. Eva Claire, who's new brunette-ishness may have made her that much stronger with a new back squat PR.
Happy Friday folks!
xxoo, k
After being knocked off the board yesterday (congrats, Erik - I'll get you yet!), I set a new PR on the back squat today - 305#.
WOD - 10:30 (?) with 40# DB.
