6am 29:40 25#, 3/4 pood. As usual, the burpees were my downfall (literally) At first I whined about having to run outdoors but quickly realized that compared to the rest of the skills -- the running part was a break!
Let's not forget the 8 rounds of tabata squats as a finisher.
Because the 7am class is too fragile for running in the cold, we had an alternate workout thanks to Steve. 1000m Row, 50 Pullups, 50 95# Thrusters - completed in 19:30.
steve, i thought fran was hard when you had to split the 95# thrusters into three turns. but 50 of them in a row was harder, not to mention we sti ll had pull ups+ rows. good work out though, tx.

It's good to be back!
26:50something 25# and maybe 3/4 pd? (I really need to start remembering this stuff...)
19 on the tabatas; paid for it with shaky legs all day. Now off to run around in the rain for 2 hours!
