6am Best 16.3, worst 17.1 (I'll blame that one on oncoming traffic!) Great work everyone. It's only been 2.5 hours and I'm already feeling this one. Uh oh.

Hmm; can't do overhead squats at all first thing in the morning.
Sprints have left me shaky.

Best time 12.06, worst time 13.33, that spread is way to big, no endurance for me....
This is the first time however I got a lower time than nigel and erik on anything, even if it was only by .03 seconds.
Good times.

Good hustle this morning, guys. Ran those 100s uphill due to the crazy Terrace St. traffic. Best time was 14.3.
Next time, I run downhill!
Best,
