Aaarrgh!! Love those runs right after the 50 squats! A great way to start the day. Still sore from Saturday's pull-ups evcn though I couldn't do very many, and had ample time to do sqauts and stretch while watching Nigel make it look easy.

23 mins? Not entirely sure, only sure that it was awfully long and arduous and that I was passed many times by these rabbits that think they are human.
