WOD: 7:32 - 135/45. Should've gone with 55# for the press. Just a few months ago I couldn't even press 45# for one rep!!
Tabata situps to finish were a whole lotta fun :-)
Our fearless leader Will got a taste of his own medicine during the 7am class and ripped thru the WOD as prescribed in 4:xx. WOW!!
Yes, Will did the "high weight setting" in 4:20, which was phenomenal. I barely managed to complete it (at 275# / 115#) with lots of grunting and yelling in 9:30. I'm a little sore now.
And tabata situps at the end were grueling, as was Neal's threat to do B-t-B Squats for workout #3...
4:20 (#275, #115)
It is nice to be on top once in a while. Neal will probrably do this in 3:30.

Good work 6 and 7 am.
Nice job this morning, guys! I slept a little late today and cranked this one out a little after 9 am.
9:22 (275/115)
Good to get in some high-rep strength work.
Best,
Jon

Linda wrote down my time (thank you), I think it was around 9 minutes (225/95) Press slowed me down big time.
No need to mention the debaucle that was my tabata sit-ups....
