Walking lunge 40'
20 Pull-ups
Work in teams of two. The first athlete must complete the entire sequence of exercises before the second athlete begins. Post time to comments.

So I don't know who won this morning... great effort all around. The burpees killed my time, and I loved the tire sledges. Makes me feel like rocky training in russia about to fight ivan drago in Rocky IV.

Excellent work in the 7 AM crew, we had 2 big teams doing the relays. Accolades are due to Team 1 for kicking the stuffing out of us, but we'll back for the next round!
