As HQ in Santa Cruz designated "Helen" as the WOD, we too did so at CrossFit Boston. Only we added a twist, "Crazy Fat Helen."

1 ½ pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups.
