26:10 (I think) with 8# ball. The ball wasn't heavy, but getting the form right was a challenge. I kept making the C&J more like a thruster. Jo was on fire with this workout. I tried my best to catch up to Sam on the last 400M run but she wouldn't give it up.

Great news, during the ring work I was able to invert myself independently (a big thing for me) and even skinned the cat -- woohoo!!

Yea, so the ladies (I define that term generously) pretty much rocked this morning. 24:27 with 20# ball clean/jerks and the green (8#?) ball for the slams.
