WOD: "Chelsea"

Every minute, on the minute, do:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Continue until you cannot complete the prescribed repetitions within the minute with good form.

Post number of completed rounds to comments.

Skill: Front Squats 5 x 3

Post maximum load lifted for three reps to comments.














Rest up! 2007 is just around the corner!

25 rds, with jumping pullups and towards the end, modified pushups

front squat 75#, happy just to be able to get up and down after 375 air squats.

18 modified rounds. I totally bailed-wuss that I am....it was the fear of sore quad pain from those g-d squats.

Ok All you psychos! I will be at CFB Thursday at 0600, Friday at 0600, Saturday at 0700. I have A client at 0700 on Friday and 0800 on Saturday so if you want to hang out you are more than welcome but I will be with a client. I hope to see someone there!
