5 to 8 reps each arm for each exercise, three times through

WOD: As Many Rounds As Possible (20 minutes):
5 Overhead Press
5 Push Press
5 Push Jerk

Use 45, 65, or 75 pound barbell. Post completed rounds and load to comments.

8 truncated rds, 25# dbs/15#dbs - ended up reducing weight and omitting jerk due to problems with old injury. received consolation afterward from big smelly dog.
