19 mins. + change with 16kg. for KBswings and jumping pull-ups (and while I'm being honest, half-assed push-ups). I kept seeing EC out of the corner of my eye completing these perfectly formed push-ups and felt some guilt.

Great group and great fun, this am. Happy, happy berfday to EC!! 26 ain't all that bad. And happy belated Neal.

ah yes. well those push ups took some time. i think i was able to finish in less than 2x sam's time.

switched to 2pd sdhp after 25 pullups bc my hand was bleeding.

thx for the hb song this am - although at that point in the wod, i was contemplating throwing the kb into the mirror!

This moring's WOD gave me pause to seriously consider reading the junk mail I periodically get from the AARP. Managed to finish in 19+, with jumping pull-ups after about 15 real ones. Hats off to those who completed this WOD without resorting to jumping pull-ups. The collective vibe was great this AM...thanks, everyone!

Pullups were mostly jumping, 16kg for the swings, pushups were not done with great enthusiasm. Kickass job done by everyone this morning.
