Fun workout today and my first time with Turkish get-ups. We should do this one again. I'd like a chance to get through the whole thing since we ran out of time today.
DNF: got through two rounds with 95# snatch and 12kg kb's
I'll see everyone tonight I hope!
185 push press. Failed 190 twice, mostly mental.
Didn't really put much into the WOD, unlike EC. The thought of another muscle-up tearing my shoulders from the socket....ahahahahahaa!

All I wanted to do this morning was crack jokes and watch myself in the mirror doing lousy push presses...then again, is that unlike any other morning?
For the WOD - DNF, got through 1.3 rounds w/35# DBs for the one-arm snatches and jumping, flopping, failing dips/muscle ups. 8kg for the turkish get-ups. Hello hip flexors!

yes, i did finish the wod in a quick 57 minutes.
yes, it took me almost an HOUR to complete a 15-12-9 (16-12-10 for the tgus!) combo. granted, this was largely bc i refused to power snatch it and ended having to dump it 15+ times since my form is well....improving. ah well, at least my new shoes are hot.
45# snatch, jumping muscle ups, 12 kg tgus, and ready for a drink - or seven - tonight!
100# or 95# push press; if that's not my previous max, it's close
Got through the first two rounds in about 17 minutes; had to leave b/c of work. 45# snatch, 20# tgus and jumping muscle ups. Would have finished it if I had about 7 more minutes.
