This was an excellent and fast WOD.
WOD in 10:04, but still doing jump-assisted pull ups.
Everyone worked hard!

Not too happy with my 11:36 this morning, but I was pleased to see it was :50 faster than when we did it in January...
12:20 with a 1pd kb.
also pleased to see my time dropped 25 seconds given that fact my hamstring is partially operating.

sadly, had to sub rows for the 400, due to mental deficiency (forgot shoes), but otherwise felt pretty good
