1. Snatch Grip Deadlift: work up to 110% X 2 X 4 sets
2. Front Squat: 75% X 3, 80% X 3 X 3 sets
3. 50 Pull-ups: vary grip used
4. Reverse Hyperextension: 15 X 3 sets
