6:50, 15#dbs, which I think is a PR....although I believe next time I'll be using 20#dbs. And thanks for keeping me honest, Jenn.

PR by over two minutes. Lowering the targets helped.
9:15...not too happy with this time. I had to sub 20# dumbells as well.
