Cleans are to be done from the floor and with a full squat each repetition. Post loads used for each set while the last three single attempts should be one rep maximums. Post each row score to comments.

ah niko, ever the lap dog.

i need to work on squats. could power clean, but cant get out of the bottom with virtually any weight.

1k rows: 3:37 (pr by 2 sec) and 3:44.

glad to see max back for the week!

worked up to 145 on the cleans, with poor to miserable form.

1.39 and 1.33 on the rows.

Rowing hurts...

nigel - we all know youre a rock star, but i think those were 3.39 and 3.33 on the rows. 1000m in 1.5 minutes is, well, impossible.
