7.06, would have gone faster but my legs wouldn't listen.

80# on the snatch, didn't get to the cleans.
7:50 on the run...done it faster, perhaps was tired from all of the snatches?

7:21 one mile run...a sloppy 125 on the snatch...strong on the way up just sloppy on the catch, 205 on the clean.
