My experience with this was pleasant enough. I started out with a foolish goal of 20 reps. p/station...I think the lowest count was 9 box jumps on round 3.

But I'm happy that I worked for 20 minutes....happy that Will kept an eye on all of us....happy that Kara, Thor, Steve and a Kettlebelling Jo cheered everyone on. Endorphins kicked in, that's what I wanted.
