Rowing Sprints can leave you a little gassed, huh? 1:39, 1:42, 1:47 - really falling apart at the end of the last round.

WOD - #95, 10:59 and collapse.

i hear you on that one colin - i dogged it on my last one.

1:37, 1:40, and 1:50.

i eventually did the wod. 12:43 with 55#. poor form on the front squats out of the clean, acceptable form on the back squats.

and jo is an animal. awesome job this am!

1:55 for all 3 sprints...I may be slow, but am at least consistent.

11:30-something for the wod with 75#
