Crazy team oriented version of the WOD today. Congrats to Daisuke and Mike in beating up Sam and Scott this morning (although i think that the way that the workout was structured, the larger team had the advantage).
Also, tabata one-arm DB snatches is a diabolical workout finish...
Sam and I did our very best in the WOD. We will be back and better next time, Daisuke, Mike and Colin!
On the tabats workout (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, 8 sets)
One-arm 20lb DB snatches: 7
Situps: 7
20:30, 30# dbs for thrusters and the new 20# slamball. new consecutive pull-up pr - 20!
and i found out that im a dork because i did non-competitive water ballet for 8 years.
what?
13:01, 30# DBs.
EC, that doesn't make you a dork. Wait...yes it does ;)
18-something, 20 pullups (not consecutive!) then 10 body rows, 25# dbs
