What a great WOD name - it felt pretty accurate too around the middle of Round 2. Finished in 19:56.

Split Jerk practice maxed at #145. Could definitely have done more, but my form needs work.

I watch it whenever I need a little Oly motivation. The "volume on" comment refers to the narrative--the announcer tells us how much he's lifting as he does it. Dimas is flat-out amazing.
