39+. Not quite DFL, but close. Time would have been less were it not for my inability to do more than two consecutive DUs without giving myself multiple lashings.

This was a good WOD. Nice work,6:00 AM crew!!

Finished in about 37:45.

Although mentally I was finished much earlier.

just under 39. 20# wallball, 27" box, and supermans for back ext.

i didnt feel like i was going that slow - but apparently i was. strong work 0600!

I'll have to agree with colin, I barely finished somewhere around 43-45 minutes, I don't remember after getting whacked in the head about 30 times doing double unders....great work 6am crew.

25:25, 30 reps for all instead of 50...8lb ball for almost all of the wallball...good times.
