I reached 235 pounds, unspectacular.

But it looked like there were PRs all around. Go Crossfit!

Nice job this morning everyone.

Congrats to Taylor who got on the women's board for pulling 185# and to Tony for getting on the men's board with 365# (we'll see if that survives the reat of the day)
