7 AM - Scott and I did "partner Pistols" - having someone else's hand to pull against makes balance a lot easier...

Karen - 7:43 as Rx'd - that's a PR, but I don't know when we did it last.

Row - I started on pace for a 1:35... I finished at 1:46 gasping for air.

Oy. 9 minutes w/8#. Nuthin' close to my PR but maybe I'll be able to walk tomorrow and the next day and the next day.
