Skill: Practice handstands for 20 minutes. Work at your ability level, ie. against the wall, free standing, parallettes, or rings.

WOD: "Michael"

50 Sit-ups
50 Back extensions

27 minutes and change, though I was doing regular sit-ups and leg raises. Props to erik and whoever else did glute-ham sit-ups and back extensions... great work 6am crew.

I am going to feel this one tomorrow....

7AM - Handstand pushups are fun, Michael is not.

Glute-Ham Bench for the first two rounds, round 3 they were full (too bad!). I felt pretty brutalized, and the third round of running sucked...

Worked on some rolls before the WOD

Finished Michael in 30:00 with about half the situps done on the GH Machine.

Great job by Ray and Erik as usual. Thanks to Jon for all the coaching and encouragement.
