I believe my best effort was 16.8 seconds on the sprints. Great job, 6:00 class!

Hmm; can't do overhead squats at all first thing in the morning.

Sprints have left me shaky.

13.05 slowest, 12.7 fastest.

A workout that totals just under a minute...now that's my kind of workout!

Best 100m was 13.7

6am

Best time 12.06, worst time 13.33, that spread is way to big, no endurance for me....

This is the first time however I got a lower time than nigel and erik on anything, even if it was only by .03 seconds.

Good times.

Good hustle this morning, guys. Ran those 100s uphill due to the crazy Terrace St. traffic. Best time was 14.3.

Next time, I run downhill!

Best,

Jon

6am
Best 16.3, worst 17.1 (I'll blame that one on oncoming traffic!)
Great work everyone. It's only been 2.5 hours and I'm already feeling this one. Uh oh.

Uphill running with the slow kids...

best time was 13.8

Sprints are fun! Stretching seemed really important after the workout though...

Hamstrings could use a little flexibility.

6 pm crew worked it and congrats to Jackie on her pull up.

Nice job everyone
