REMINDER: THERE IS NO 8AM OR 6PM CLASS THIS FRIDAY. THERE IS 6AM, 7AM, AND NOON CLASS.

Warm-up

Test: 800 meter run

WOD: "Cindy"
In twenty minutes complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP), of:

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Post to comments your 800 meter run time and total rounds completed including any fractions.

Practice those ring dips.

3:27 on the 800M, I paced myself too much the first 400, better next time...

Push-ups slowed me down big time.

props to Nigel for doing Mary for almost 9 rounds! firebreather! And big ups to brittinae (sp?) for coming all five days this week!

Excellent work from everyone in the class this morning. I had a better than expected run: 2:51

Earned a new PR on Cindy - 14 rounds (and some pullups). Once we finished, I had to sit still, catch my breath and try to stop sweating so much.

Nigel, I think it's okay if your two sons build a pulley contraption for the stairs in your house. "Just slip papa in the basket and pull him up!"

Fun 400 run in under 4:30 and then a solid 10 rounds of Cindy with dbl. jumping pull-ups. Was rather pleased with myself, if I dare say.
