Start from the hang and progress to the floor. Use a 45 pound barbell only.
WOD: 50-40-30-20-10
Lunges
Push-ups
Sit-ups
Double Unders

I found this workout tough and long. (Just what I expect from Crossfit!)
35:45.
Most of the class had left, leaving Erika and me to finish the workout.

Whew! 30? 33? Good, ol'sweaty fun. Nice and long and arduous....went to singlesx4 instead of the DUs and modified pushups. Nice to see Justin back.

WOW...Just finished the WOD and I am spent. Took a few days off due to being sick so I struggled with this one. Finished in 20:36.

This was a difficult one, Neal. 37:13 (with push-ups against the rack bar). Great job, Scott and thanks to the 6 am class for the encouragement.

37:xx with SU and many modified pushups. I am working towards UN-modifying my pushups so this one was way tough. Thanks to the 5:30pm class - I was out of my element but they still made me feel welcome!
