1 mile run: 6:33
No sit up test for us this morning, instead we did some inspired leg raises on the pullup bars. Also, sadly, no freeze tag for 7 AM either. Where was everyone?
6am
1 mile run: 6:50
situps: 50
freeze tag: exhausting!! Jo was the hardest to get and she kept unfreezing people....
6am
Freeze tag felt just like being on the elementary school playground again ...except two hours earlier in the morning and thirty years later in life.
1 mile: 6:30
Situps: 61
Many thanks to Jo and Thor for unfreezing so many of us!
Who knew freeze tag could be such fun in close quarters? As Scott said, it felt like being on the school playground (except it's more than 30 years for me!)
1 mile run: 6:02
situps: 96
Thor
7:16 on the mile and 54 on the situps. Props to Thor on the situps, unanchored feet and all!
