15 Dumbbell push jerks, 40 pounds
10 Dumbbell thrusters, 40 pounds
5 Handstand push-ups
Post rounds and partial rounds completed to comments.

A different workout altogether for me:
15 squats
10 squat jumps
5 split squat jumps
(all of the above while wearing a 30# vest). Managed to do 8 2/3 rounds, and the last ones weren't pretty.
My lower back still smarts, courtesy of yesterday's virtual shoveling.

6 rounds for Decker (15#) - my back and sides are still very sore from yesterday's work out - love it!!

4 rounds plus 10 push jerks @30#. It was most unpleasant. If it were not for EC and Decker's dancing highjinx and everyone's overall giddiness it would have been a brutal morning. It was only semi-brutal. And Nigel--if you're out there and reading this-today would have been the perfect wear-your-best-helmet day.

Six or seven (lost count) rounds with 20#; subbed push presses for the jerks.

Karen's performance was inspirational this morning! She was doing the same weight as me and kicking my ass for a while. I ended up with 5 rounds plus 14 push-jerks (30#). It was the fun after Triple Decker that killed me.

what a fun "top 40" dance party we had this morning. for me - 6 and 2/3 rounds with the little dogs (20#).
