AARRGGHH!! This workout looks great and I slept through my frickin' alarm this morning. I fell asleep on my couch last night so I set my watch alarm. I totally slept through it. I didn't wake up until the light came in through the windows (6:15!). Neal, I apologize. I'll be there tomorrow.

13 something with 60# for shoveling; possibly should have gone heavier on that. Have to be honest, without the biting cold, the blowing wind and the children throwing snowballs at me, shoveling's a lot easier.

15:20 (45#) - great workout this morning everyone! Doug, you better set two alarms next time (turn up the volume) and I better see you tomorrow morning ;) Eve Claire, Dave, Karen and Mike where were you?

15:30 (subbed pull-ups for HSPUs). Good WOD. Will vitual shoveling be added to FGB?

Golly, I miss just two sessions, and Neal changes the warm-up on me!

Okay so I forgot tonight's class was 5 not 5:45 so I missed the WOD. I did get there in time for some windmill things, but more importantly to see Will (in a kilt) do 2 muscle ups in a row and Neal do his first- Great job guys!

Hey guys,
Congrats on the MUs, especially Neal. I guess I'm going to have to do one now (sans kilt).
