21:00, with the 40# DBs and no thrusters. A good WOD, and a great new location! Can't wait to see the new pull-up bar and the rings.

Marcia showed up this morning and went through the WOD, seemingly oblivious to the fact that, just 14 hours prior, she had run an amazing 4:07 in the Boston Marathon! I'm nodding my head in admiration as I write this. Marcia, you are something else!

Yea, serious props to Marcia, the woman's amazing.

21:05 with 20# Dbs....another unfortunate showing, although I did do pushups with the burpees.

cut it in half and only did 10 burpee-clean-thrusters per round (still not feeling great) in about 15 minutes with 20 # dbs

and yeah my mom is slightly insane

Congratulations, Marcia! I don't think you're insane--just clinically endorphin-addicted.

22:50 w/ 30# dbs

Neal, that was the craziest complex I've ever done badly. Good job, buddy.

Since I'm staying a day or two behind everyone so I there will always be something new posted for me on here I did Murph today. Wasn't terribly pleased but time was ok at 45:14. At least I had all of the facilities available so I didn't have to modify anything or walk from the pull-up bar to the 1-mile course. I should have done more reps per set on my pull-ups and squats though. Live and learn.

Tomorrow is a rest day for me so I guess I'll post again on Thursday when I do Wednesday's workout.

Marcia, amazing! That's all I have to say.
