Good workout. I forget the exact time, but I was happy with it.

Just as Neal is stoked about the growth of Crossfit Boston and the breaking-in of the new facility, I, too, am excited about leaving for the new space.

To all of you 6:00 AM Crossfit Crazies: You are a great group to work out with; you're most inspiring and supportive. I look forward to sharing pain at the new facility!

For the less mathematically inclined: 400m <> 600m.
600m
21 x 40# DB swings
12 pullups

12:04

I appreciate the the energy you all bring to the table.

15:42 w/30lb db and assisted pull up by Neal (Thanks Neal!!). Excellent job everyone - it's definitely a lively 6:00 am group. As for Will - you better be ready to workout tomorrow morning. ;)

Nice work Jon; good to have working out with the real Crossfit Boston.

My time 12.47, as Rx-ed. I need more aerodynamic hairgel or faster shoes; EC and Jon whooped me on the runs.

Thank heaven I can do pull-ups.

Have a great week all, I will see you April 24 after 10 days Crossfitting in the Caribbean.

Jon your intensity is a great addition to the team, we love how you leave your mark on the class, like on EC's.....

Being reduced to just an ordinary college gym here in Lexington, KY, I'll list mods first. Couldn't jog from the weights & pull-ups to the indoor track. 60s-75s 2x every round spent walking from the track to the weights. Total = 7 mins. of useless walking! No KB's & I don't know how to convert to DB's. So I held a 25# DB in each hand and did the same motion. Does that equate to about a 1.5 pood KB? I was able to do it Boston-style with 600m's on the runs at least!

23:33 - (useless walking time) = 16:33 approximate

The above were factual hinderances. Of course for my ego I'll blame the higher elevation for my crappy approximated time. LOL!
