6:41 or some such. Back aches like heck....man. I think I need a cane today. But enough about me, Doug-it was great while it lasted. The best of luck to you! Please keep in touch. And Jo-OUTSTANDING time w/your 3:09. Great fun this morning. Jokes and stretching, always a excellent way to end class.

Nice work everyone. Doug good luck at BUDs, just remember that no matter how tough it is there is an end to it. Pain is temporary, ringing the bell is forever.

3:48 as Rx (with Jo smiling at me in the second round.....can you say insult to injury!)

Thank you all of you. Your enthusiasism at the gym and well-wishes now mean a lot to me. BTW, 4:00 @ 185#. I'll continue to post on here while I'm on vacation. I'll do the workouts I can at whatever facilities I have available on my travels. I'll be officially gone after May 2 but I'll also write Neal to let him know how I do on my PST at Boot Camp. Jo, awesome time!
