This was one WOD where I unfortunately felt like the resident geriatric, particularly during the cartwheels, in which I emulated yard sale-ing on a double diamond. Thanks, Will, for introducing us to the ab exercises spanning the two benches. Thanks also to Jenn, Jo, and Linda for keeping it real...great ab work on those benches! Jo, you rock with that 45# bar and the 27" jump...I completely empathize regarding that shin bump..hope you feel better soon!

Yes, Jo took one on the "shin" today :-) I started out with the 45# bar, but quickly realized that was overly ambitious and switched to the 15# bar. My time was 8.16ish. Good work everyone, and Jo I hope you're keeping ice on that leg...

Huh, this means I almost did the workout as rx'd today...except I bailed on the box (is the big one 27 or 24 inches?) for the last three reps after I decided that the one I missed didn't count. 11:01
