Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of:

Shoulder Press
Push Press
Push Jerk

400 meter run

10 Pull-ups

Complete five cycles of the overhead triplet each round before beginning the run and pull-ups. Use a 65 pound, 45 pound, or lighter barbell for each of the movements. Post number of rounds completed and weight used to comments.











The CrossFit certification was held at
Crossfit Boston this past weekend.

This was a good one. I think I did 4 complete rounds, then got through everything but the pullups on the 5th. But I could've only done 3+ rounds. Evidently I lost count somewhere along the way in my oxygen deprived state :-)

Modified with 35# bar and jumping pullups.
