10 Barbell Snatches (110#/75#)
15 Pullups
20 Thrusters (35# DB/25# DB)

45# for the snatch, and they were power snatches, and 20#db thrusters. 26:31 and no open blisters!

props to steve - i think you were done in 5 min!

25 minutes and some change, I think...maybe 26 mins? With 20# DBs and #45 snatches.

I was distracted today. Either by Will and Sam's super-human strength, Steve and Nigel's speed or Jo's tenacity with pull-ups.

Whew! For a moment there, I thought I might have been the cause of Karen's distraction, with my exuberant grunts....it certainly would not have been my speed, form, strength or tenacity.

Finished in 26+, using 30# dbs for the thrusters and a 65#/45# bar for the snatches (45# after the 2nd round).

Will, your work with the 115# snatches and the 55db thrusters was amazing, and you made it look easy.
