It was great to see Thor create a "moment" about his head--good work on the press, brother!

2:35 and 2:33 for the squat sets. Arrggh! While I performed the second set a whopping 2 seconds faster than the first, at that rate of improvement, the time for my 15th consecutive set might be respectable.

Thanks for the guidance on the push-press, Jon and Steve (and Neal, too!) The mirror also helped. Nice work everyone.

Squats were 2:10 and 2:14

Push press was up to 100#, but apparently my form is atrocious...although I did have a lightbulb moment when I realized it would be easier if I engaged my posterior chain. Hmmm.

Nice work this morning, special props go to the ladies for kicking ass on the push presses.

2:35, 2:33 on the squats. And let's just say I need to work on the push press. Nuff said.

push presses...yeah i dont even know but not a heck of a lot.
good job 5:30pm class.

must apologize if there is blood on the rowing machine or pull up bar, as i ripped my finger open. OOPS! :)
