i think there were 15 swings in between burpees, and then, it was 20 pullups.

15 and change with 30# db cleans and snatches, 20# db thursters, 15# db burpees, and a pretty good amount of burpee-induced wheezing.

4 double unders in a row (without singles in between)..my attempts to listen to the rope were hindered by my ability to keep up with it.

14:34 on the wod, mostly jumping pullups, 30's for the cleans and snatches, 25's for the thrusters and 20's or 25's for the burpees.
