ah niko, ever the lap dog.
i need to work on squats. could power clean, but cant get out of the bottom with virtually any weight.
1k rows: 3:37 (pr by 2 sec) and 3:44.
glad to see max back for the week!
worked up to 145 on the cleans, with poor to miserable form.
1.39 and 1.33 on the rows.
Rowing hurts...

nigel - we all know youre a rock star, but i think those were 3.39 and 3.33 on the rows. 1000m in 1.5 minutes is, well, impossible.
