Thanks Jon for leading another great workout!
Tabatha: 12 squats max in 20 seconds
Colin and Leo were much stronger
Fran 21-15-9: 9:42 (I think) with jumping pull-ups
The rebel 7AM class defies the posted workout! New PR for me on Fran - 6:50.
Tabata squats sucked a lot, 16 max.
Fran 8:54 first fran under 10 minutes I was too ambitious with my tabata and burned out after first 3 rounds and ended up with a humiliating score of 15 sorry Jon I know I disappointed you I saw the look on your face but I'll nail it next time

Huh. Sounds like the "rebel class" got scared of the posted workout...
19, 8 (yea, don't ask), and 18 for the respective Tabata scores.
24 something on the workout, usual modifications, except the last two rounds were cut in half cause I had to go to work.
Awesome job to Nigel, Marcia, Jess, and Eileen for kicking ass on a rather amazing workout!
Jo
did strength, at 190 for dl and 105 back sq (hey, its going up!)
and then "ec" - amrap: 20 p jerks, 40 d unders, 20 sdhp, women: 75#, and 1 pd. got 5 five rounds flat, pr.
colin! impressive fran time.
oooooo.... get ready kids, IT'S coming!
9:12 on fran and 19 on tabata squats. what a good work out. thanks jon for the coaching and the rest of my coleagues for the enthusiasm.
cream freaking puff
Great job, guys! "Fran" is a quintessential Crossfit Workout, and you should be proud of your times!
Mikey, I'm proud of you anyway. My bottom-to-bottom "Tabitha" weren't on-point either...
Managed a 20 rep Tabata, a 7 rep b2b, and a 16 rep second tabata.
Did the regular WOD at half volume (25s) in 15:35.
