WOD: "Fight Gone Bad"
Move through each of the five stations, spending a minute at each station, trying to do as many reps as possible. Repeat for three rounds, resting for one minute between rounds.
Wall-Ball: 20 pound ball, 8 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo Deadlift High-Pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row:(Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Looking back through the WODs for the last time I did this was May 5, 2006 and I scored 243. Today I scored 211. Hmmm. Maybe I need to work a little harder? Chr-ist!!

looks like ive cut back a little too much metacon. 276 (11 off my pr) and it was absolute hell after minute 6.

I got through it with 258. Not a good score for me. I knew I was in trouble when I started the second round. I want another chance at it though soon.

Fell off the wagon on metacon for the last few months, but I guess that's the price you pay to be huge ;)
