Appallingly bad workout this morning - 29:21, as prescribed. Dodgeball was fun, need to try the Dynamax balls next time.

While "Angie" is certainly one of the prettier Jagger/Richards numbers, there wasn't much that was pretty about my WOD this morning. Subbeb body-rows after about 20 pull-ups.

Ah jeez. Somewhere south of an hour? Maybe 31 or 32 mins. w/body rows and Thor-assisted squats.

I arrived all chipper and chatty and departed feeling tired and quiet. Funny how that happens.

Seriously, like 35 minutes, as rx'd except for about 40ish body rows.

Mad props to ec for perfect form on her pushups.

south of 40 minutes= w/67 pullups, an open blood blister, and 33 body rows. and that was before the 20 minutes it took for the pushups.

i hate angie.
