Many of these snatches were imperfect, but I could definitely feel improvement in them as I focussed on the specifics.

subbed row (300m) for run - damn hamstring. :58, :59, :59.

snatch(75): 5,6,5 and they were ugly! pretty sore from last night this am.

Sprints looked easy when I see them on the board but I was absolutely smoked by the end.

First time doing snatches, focused on form but still have a long way to go.
