5 Rounds Overhead Squat
5 Rounds Barbell Thruster
5 Rounds Push Press
5 Rounds Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Total Score for WOD was 30 (IIRC - 8 OH Squat, 6 Thruster, 6 Push Press, and 10 SDHP) at 95#.

Troy and I unfortunately got smoked by Rod and Scott in the Sledge / L Sit / Hang / Plank relay. Nice job, guys!
