It's astonishing how humbling running can be....
Eric performed well today, next time he wears the 30# vest.

It's astonishing how a couple of weeks off turns one into mush, never mind the running or the headlights.

This crazy, insane WOD took me well over 30 minutes, probably close to 35 and that's with modified push-ups.

Glad to be back, tho. Thanks to all that appeared this am for the encouragement. It was needed.

It's astonishing that someone who runs 25+ miles a week (that would be me) was reduced to walking parts of the 800M repeats.
--ashamed --

Took me 27+ minutes and that's with 50% modified pushups and 100% modified burpees.

On a positive note, the 6am class absolutely rocked it out this morning. I think I'll come on Mondays more often!!

Tried hard to catch Erik's amazing time, settled for 21:50 this morning, and a full-blown collapse. I agree with Linda, those runs were awful after #1...

My L-sits, while still sucky are slowly improving. Thanks to the 7 am for encouraging my 'lamaze breathing' while holding on - :20 and :22.

Good workout to come back to and glad to be back on the boards. I didn't time this one but I was moving through it, struggled a little bit on the burpees in the end though.

23+ min on the WOD. Nothing like an 800m run immediately following 50 box jumps. Great vibe this AM; thanks to all for the inspiration.

Erik rocks.
