35:45 w/10 lb. slam balls, 8# wall balls and 20 lb. thingy for TGUs. D. F. L. but I didn't bail as I often want to do when I'm in slo-mo and I wasn't too much of a whiny baby.

Biggups to K. for completing this morning's WOD while the rest of us rolled around on the mats together doing our lint roller impressions...you worked harder than all of us.
my arms were immobile due to vaccines for all manner of diseases long ago eradicated from the industrialized world; neal kindly suggested deadlifts instead of the wod. DL 175, pr, and very little chance of contracting polio.
