Worked on kipping and knee-to-elbows. Rowed 500 meters instead of running...2:20, 2:12, 2:13.

I didn't fall on my head today practicing hand stands, so I consider that progress;)

For those of you humbled by the 400s, know that a race pace 400 should take everything you have and leave you totally and utterly spent.
Don't feel too bad about the splits!

Forgot my timer on the 400's...they felt pretty good though. Practiced back squats today and went for a ME. Finished at 315.

1:32, 1:35 and 1:35 for the 400's...I might have slacked a little on the second one, but was dying by the third.
Dips and ring pushups for the skillz.

practiced pull ups and did my first handstand against the wall!!
